Dont want to go with full width axles,"lookin into" cutting down and resplining 60 s to factory width 40 axles. I live in Colorado,anyone close that has any experience with a shop would appreciate some info.

This is my dana 60 cut down the way I was talking about. 1 1/2" wider on each side, total 3" wider.
Tires are 38.5x12.5x15, on 15x10 wheels, with 3.5" back spacing.
It is hard to tell from the photo, but it sat real nice, not to wide at all, plus alittle more stable.
