How many of you guys are running a d300 tcase, and have any of you successfully plugged in your stock speedo cable to it?

I read on pirate that they should plug right up, but I'm not seeing that on my end.

I understand that with my oversized tires that any reading I get will be wrong, but I'd still like to have it working.

Any suggestions?

Advance Adapters used to have the Atlas manual online, you may want to contact them and see if it is still available out there, I have not been able to find it.

In this, they list out speedo drive gears depending on 'advertised tire size' and rear end gear ratio in a chart. I then called a Jeep dealer, told them I had an 1985 CJ-7, and wanted a speedo drive gear that had 33 teeth. That seems to work for me and my 42" swampers.

What size tires are you running, or looking to run?

I just found my Atlas install manual, and have it in front of me....for some reason ;)

Hope that helps some.

Good luck!

Not without changing one end of the cable, and changing out the drive gear.

Good luck!
