Bought this roof rack about 6 months ago, it's all custom-made and really well-built however I keep having to fix the mounts on it because the shims I use only last a few weeks before it starts rattling again.
I was going to just get an ARB mounting kit and weld it on but I've just decided to save up for a real Gobi w ladder.
No shipping unless you can really convince me.
It's modeled after a Gobi Ranger rack and doesn't make any wind noise, and I'll even throw in the limb risers if u really want them.
YES there is a sunroof opening.

If this is still available, can you please explain the issue you are having in more detail? I’m assuming the rattle would occur with me as well. I have a 1995 Series 80. Is the unit misaligned given the last picture you have posted? I also sent you an email.
