CV axle replacement 95 T100 (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know where I can find a good write for CV axle R&R? I found one for the newer Tacomas but everything looks diffrent. At this point I have everything torn down to the bare spindle and I am not sure how to proceed. I assume I have to split the ball joint, but is that it to freee the cv axle?

hahahahaha you took off way too much.

yeah unbolt the ball joint and whack the lower control arm with a hammer. should pop it free. if not, your not trying hard enuff.

I had to unbolt the shock and disconnect the sway bar mount to get the control arm to drop. I see now that the hub does not need to be removed but I was do for a bearing repack anyway.
