Thanks a ton for putting this list together.

Just want to confirm all 6 snap rings (per side) are recommended? I have an FSM arriving in a couple days.. might be clear once I have that anyway. But looking to order all this asap (since shipping currently is terrible everywhere).
The snap rings are cheap, and you won't know what size you need until you're reassembling your rig. I think @cruiseroutfit sells an assortment pack of the sizes. If you call them up, they will tell you exactly what you need to complete the work too.
 
Get the the packs Cruiser Outfitters sells. Unless you have a new bushing in the back of the knuckle you’ll prob never use the F or G size but at leadt youll have them if you ever do.

Thanks. Sorry one last question - if I decided to do a reboot only (axles are still driving fine, so unless there's obvious damage once I take the leaking inner boot off it should be fine I think..), you think I need or even want new flanges? The rest of it I'm fine with as they're cheap replacements. The flanges are as much as the reboot kit though. And I'm not sure I'd need or want new ones if I'm keeping the original axles anyway?

Idk-depending on the condition of axle splines, new flanges could improve driveline lash/ clunk. I’d inspect them first before replacing.
 
If you are replacing CV Axles, you'll want to spend the extra $$ to buy new flanges and related hardware. This will help mitigate driveline F-N-R clunk.

Based on this list, I came up with $1154.94 from Partsouq as of today without shipping.
 
PS is not always the cheapest option- especially on orders with heavy items that also exceed $800- (above that and you may pay import duty and customs fees) cross check a few of the popular domestic discount options with shipped price to make sure.

Yup that is exactly what I bought, think I ended up using a D and F on either side. Likelihood of using the same size on both sides is slim.
I really wish @cruiseroutfit would stop selling the complet kits. It's a sweet deal. But I'll bet you the "F" which is a 2mm, has left you with to large a hub flange gap. likel gap is now greater than 0.39mm. Check it with tire on the ground. Grab the outer CV tulip of FDS. See if you can move in and out of the steering knuckle. It you can see or feel movement, the gap is to large. Or pull grease cap and check gap with feeler gauge, while pulling axle out. 8x1.25 bolt thread in end of axle, can be used to pull axle out. Weight on tire or jack under LCA, help keep FDS from pulling back in.

This one is ~.40 or over limit of 0.20mm
 
Thanks for this list. I'm about to do this. I did not order the extra $48 worth of nuts, cones or washers or a dust cap. Is there a reason for replacing these? Seems excessive. I did however get the extra gaskets, etc.
 
Looks like these have gone up a bit since 2018, now at $450
 
I just saw Toyota started a core charge of $40. Price went to $401 from $355 in January 2020, $350 2018. Now $441 w/ the core charge, plus shipping cost has double w/covid. So shipping back core losing prop. Now take $980 (2xFDS) to my door not including TAX. So local purchase with tax, has now become appealing.

Toyota has been aggressively marching up prices of all part las 2 years. 1/4ly if not monthly.

Toyota's, also running out of more and more 100 series parts. In USA.
