Good used turbo with Kinugawa boost controller (14 psi but have several other springs between 8 and 18 psi [I think] that will go with it).
Under load it will go to 15-18 psi but sits at about 8-10 at 2800 rpm on a level road. Got a gturbo so no longer needed. Might not hurt to rebuild but I wouldn’t feel bad running as is.

Engine has 200k km on it and I have no reason to think this has been rebuilt before. The engine has bad rings so it’s been pushing oil through the pcv. I don’t know the state of the seals themselves.

With a little gas at about 70 mph. Best I could get while keeping my eyes on the road.

I would assume they’d bolt up but I don’t know if they use the same cartridge. I’d check with someone more knowledgeable than me on that engine.

So it looks like the cartridge is the same for 13BT's and 12HT's. I can't seem to find a part number for the exhaust mounting flange (-58010 is stamped on the base but 17021-58010 is the bearing subassembly on Toyodiy) but would be happy to send you the measurements.
