I'm in Lafayette about 10 miles east of you. Don't have my hoist setup in my new garage yet so I can't take a photo, but I have all the parts and can easily show you how I rigged it. Very simply and parts cost me maybe $50. I use a 1-ton hand hoist (come along) and a pully mounted to the garage ceiling.
