Cruisercorps shipped an incomplete knuckle rebuild kit and shorted me one of the drive flange stud kits. They have not responded to phone calls, many emails, facebook messenger, eBay storefront messenger, website messenger, etc. Bad business practice

Weird, I called yesterday to ask about a part and got someone on the phone pretty quickly.

Preston from Cruisercorps called today and shipped the missing parts today. Up until today there was no response to repeated emails, Facebook messenger, eBay storefront message, phone call and voice message all over the past several days.

Still curious about the timeline on this. Cruiser Corps has been a good company to deal with since its creation. I have seen or heard very, very few complaints.

Seems to be that a neurotic attack of max 24hours and the lack of a responsible communicational correction of facts afterwards tried to destroy somebody's reputation
