Cruiser tools?

Came across a few tools that I think belong to a cruiser. A 10/12 mm wrench, an adjustable wrench, and a spark plug wrench. The spark plug wrench I'm not so sure about, it's labeled 20.6 and doesn't look like the ones I see in other pictures. Maybe from another early toyota?
