Had a great time at Crozet. Thanks to Munky and Ben for the invite.

Made it home OK on 1 motor mount. Otherwise no major damage.

Here are some of the better pics I got.

Thanks Man, You were right, that flex on Pete's Demise was pretty.
Kinda easy to hear when the motor mount broke at the end there.

I couldnt get the vid from the link above, but I went to your page and found it there.

yeah i had to pull the other vid and fix something, and put it in HD so that i would not be so grainy

That aint you. That truck had mirrors:)

Going up Pete's looked easy for you.

Dave

LOL right, that was before i broke one off and then took the other one off.

Yeah Pete's this time was alot easier than back in march. but i think that has something to do with new tires, 4.7 gears and me understanding more about wheelin

The pics and video look good! Even got my A/C blowout! We had a lot of fun, thanks for the invite and the help on the trail, it was a good learning experience, next time will be a tucked a/c drier and cats, true sliders and the front locker will be on the whole time!

I saw Tom handing out cards but in case you didnt get one his site is www.norrisstudios.com His pics werent posted last I checked but maybe in the next day or two. He's been having a lot of fun, another wheeling trip and I think he'll buy a Toyota!

right on mike, no need to have the front locker on all the time though, we are open front. but hey if you want to do it do it man. That would be awesome if he got a Yota

Great pics! I'll look at the video when I get the time (don't want to have the little one interrupting me!) We're going to be up in that area twice this year. Once in July at Sherando Lake, and again in October at the Tasker's Gap area. I've heard Crozet was pretty good wheelin' , may have to look into the logistics of getting in...

Hey Brian,
That place is like a candy store. Well worth it.
The only problem is keeping on the right trails.

Mike and I went ahead and joined while we were there since we had a sponsor. I understand that this allows us to arrange trail runs and bring guests. Guests pay 30$ I believe.

I did mention the July trip to Chris, the owner. I'll shoot him an email to see what would be required.

On a side note, I got some mixed responses from locals as to the state of the GWNF trails. One guy said that the only thing left open (legal) are the bunny trails like Stoney Run.
Another said that Dictum and 2nd mtn, and Shoe Creek are still partially accessable, but are closed at one end or the other.
Taskers Gap and petersMill are long rocky trails but are easy.

Tom's Pictures are up.
Awesome stuff.
Thanks Tom for hosting these and getting in harms way for the shot.
