Cross over tube into intake burst...again (1 Viewer)

So, I've been through 2 stock intake elbows when pulling big hills. Driving without a turbo really sucks! Sound's like a sewing machine with the burst or open cross over....

So, show me what you guys are using for your cross over tubes look like, especially the elbow into the intake.

You should contact diesel42. He sells some silicone elbows and really good quality t clamps. Here is the picture he sent me.

Needs more stickers, maybe.

Tube is 2" aluminum. Turbo side is just a 2" to 2" 90deg elbow. Intake side is a 2" to 2.25" elbow - fits right on. $20 for the reducing elbow at siliconeintakes.com

My set up is almost the same Amaurer's, except I used a flex type coupler where it connects to the turbo, for any additional silicone hoses or aluminum tubing I needed I ordered them from a tuner shop and had them the next day.

I have some spare stock elbows you can use...I have a silicone 90 you may have noticed when you saw my set-up.

Why not try cast aluminium elbows and straight joiners, less silicone/rubber hose will be exposed to pressure then.
