Nothing special... bison ribeye and venison sausage fajitas.

Last night I grilled 2 big ol lamb steaks, bacon wrapped aspergrass, and shrimp on a skewer.
The wife made a small green salad to go along with it all.
Took one lamb steak and marinated it in a Basque and red wine mixture.
Made the other spicy (as per my youngest's request)
And took the shrimp and kicked it up a notch.

It was all done before I even thought about pics.

@TRAIL TAILOR , that one dish with the egg reminds me of a breakfast dish in our cafeteria at my old job.
Little mexican ladies would whip up a Chile Verde breakfast and put over easy eggs on top.
Man, that was out of this world. Well, that and the home made flour tortillas that went along with it.

Grilled chicken , pasta with fresh kale and carrots from our first harvest.

Kale, red onion and oregano infused Mac and Cheese with grilled teriyaki chicken kabobs.

A few days back, one of my son's friends dropped off some home made carnitas.
So I roasted some poblano chilis, cut them open on one side, and stuffed them with the carnitas,
pinto beans, salsa, and Monterey jack cheese. Wrapped them in foil and put them back on the grill.
My boys demolished them.
