I have already changed the igniter and ignition coil and still won't start, can anybody tell me what to do next and would appreciate the help.

Do you have fuel pressure? Has the truck recently died or has it been dead for years?

Yes it does have fuel pressure and wouldn't start since two weeks now

I've checked all the fuses and everything that's related to the ignition system and still there's no electricity coming out from the system
I gave you a link in post #4 which will guide you though troubleshooting the system. You might want to look at it.
