hey guys,

First question: regarding my exhaust note,(Ok the lc's not mine)it seems to have a slight popping or gurgle at idle,is this normal???second Question:When cruiser is warm,it starts hard,ie(recently developed a 3or4 second crank time before firing)Havent changed anything except,idle,wiring on fuel solenoid,weather(now warmer)ideas?????????76fj40

You might have a slight exhaust leak causing your popping at idle. The hard start may be a result of the weather. Your starting procedures are going to change a little on a manual choke vehicle.
How did you change the wiring on the idle solinoid? Is the wire hot on crank? Or just on ignition. To be honest, I don't remember what it's supposed to be.
