Did a search and did not turn up a part number for a crank pulley speedi sleeve, so here's a number from Carquest, # 99177. Fits a shaft diameter from 1.769 to 1.775 inches.

NAPA part #99177. I think it is made by NOS.
 
They're all made by Chicago Rawhide, which is SKF .... Who owns whom, I dunnno.
 
thanks so much for this posty guys, I have a shop and decided to rebuild an 85 fj60, i couldnt believe there wasnt some way to fix this. just ordered my part and finishing my rebuild. on to the color change, im really having fun with this.

That rough area is not where the seal rides and does not need a speedi sleeve.
You can very clearly see where the seal rides and that seal surface does not look bad.

What does need to be figured out is what caused that wear. :eek:
 
I have a balancer that looks just like that - perhaps worse. I'm not sure why it's so torn up, either.
 
spin it on a lathe, and lightly polish with emory cloth. most machine shops could assist with this.
