I have the Cool Cop and this Noggle.
The noggle has better vent to hose attachments. The Noggle has a limited amount of the
rubber vent gaskets. I've been waiting for those gaskets for 6 months. They now have them in stock.

I decided to give the Noggle and a fan a spin!
Thanks for the recommendation

Just remember these rigs were top of the line luxury vehicles in the 90's and they were designed to meet the needs of families in the 90's. I don't think kids have become any more sensitive to the heat in the last 30 years, although maybe because of global warming an 80 series is no longer able to adequately cool rear passengers.
I keep meaning to respond to this because I want to point out that car seats nowadays are crazy compared to the early 90s. The cushion is crazy thick and envelopes their head basically, and now smaller babies are required to face away from the vents, neither things I believe were the law in 92.

And thank you for your advice!

Swamp Cooler?

Styro chest full of ice and a fan.

Here you go (the hard OEM way)

Beat me to it; I was just reading that...
