Coolant lines for turbo, best place to tap in on 3FE?

You think this would be a good point to pull coolant for turbo cooling? These two ports just hook to each other with a hose, would be super simple to tap into here for turbo cooling but not sure if this is super hot coolant headed back to the radiator or if it would flow correctly, looks like it flows from the top port to the lower on the water pump according to the diagram below.

That turbo actually has ports for water cooling?!

If so, yes the heater lines will be fine.
It's not the heater lines I'm looking at, it's the bypass line that runs from the water pump to the thermostat housing on the drivers side. I'm just not sure if that line is always flowing or if flow varies based on the thermostat being open or closed, or if there's even enough flow to cool a turbo at all.

This is probably a better route, the coolant going to the oil cooler is fresh out of the radiator

I would use the oil cooler lines, even if it was out the way. The bypass serves a purpose and I wouldn't want it to not work.
