Thanks very much mate for that ,great spotting on ebay
and there in aus to makes it easier for me

im getting 6000k ones i think there the whitest before tinging to blue colour ill wait till i get the hids see the size if them the ring up the light people and get measurements

i got my hid's in yay there was a spare set of h3 hids to so i bought them for my spotties
the hids lengths is 45mm i phoned up about the lights with magnifin bulb in it and the length of that is 65 mm so i should have no fitting troubles

what the heck are they good for?? I've got a mate who turned up with them at mine on his jeep except they were round his spotties and i just laughed

i presume you talking about the halo ring n not the magnified bulb light
halos i think they look el neato but each to their own mate

was going to say exactly the same thing clint ;)
how are the hids? It would be great to see a before/after shot as I had thought about breathing a bit of life into my headlights as they really are poor on low beam. I think the contrast b/w high beam with spots and low beam doesn't help!

Not yet im waiting on a mate to help us after he finishes work or hopefully this w.e is easy to do all plug in and join a + & - wires up and tap into spottie wires i cant mount the inverters etc cos im one handed atm (snapt collarbone) My headlights are really dull and are sealed beams so my new ones should be here on friday and ready for some hids ill get a few pics when it happens and some before and after shots at night which should help a few people out too

remember clint to keap them legal in western oz u need to have a water jet for them so when you klean your windscreen they get washed to they also have to be self leveling or you have to keap a log book with the date and km you leveld them and they must be done every 10 000km and signed of by someone who is qualified to do so ie mec auto elec or acc fitter

i know this is bull but thats the law
thanks
jono

REALLY ,s**t iver never heard or new about any of this ,Okay this is a little confusing but why when i use my window squirters would it legally have to have a spray to my head lights is it just a cleaning issue or something funny about bugs sticking to your lights and burning lol (even though hids dont get as hot),the self leveling issue mate how is a globe ment to self level if its in a fixed position in the light or is this about auto lecs etc adjusting the whole new lights them selves to correct level so i dont blind oncoming traffic??
thanks for the headsup Jono

on modern car they have a mecinisum that levels to whole light asemble but just keap a log book saying they where ajusted every 10 000km (not)
the cleaning of the headlights is to stop dirt and bugs refracting light to where its not ment to be due to the intencaty of hids

ohh yea i see ahwell ill put em in n see how much better its makes it
thanks mate

Got my new lights the hid's fit in fewwww
just need the lights in the ute now will get pics soon

Wired up n ready to go but the h4 head light globes are between high and low beem so to bright to drive with and ill have no high beam for 4x4ing so waiting for new globes dammit but i wired up my spotties to and mounted the little inverters or shiny silver boxes
the spoties inverters are behind the grill the headlight ones are behind are box and near the bat and i think its some fuel smog canister thing ( pictures are of my mobile phone no best quality)
