Not sure on the miles. $250. It's at Truckwerks in Tempe. Still haven't seperated the trans and transfer from the engine yet but it's all there.

What condition is the engine in? Is it using oil, running well? I'm in southwest Colorado and willing to make the drive.

Yes it seemed to be running well. Typical engine oil leaks for an older F (side cover). High-speed freeway driving it would "buck" or miss. Didn't really feel like a miss, more like fuel starvation. Never around town or trail driving, just after sustained highway miles. Always started faithfully. I just wanted a newer engine and a 4-speed, that's why I replaced it with a MAF rebuild.
