These folks seem to have steering wheel options... <---- this is a link
Provided you have the original steering column in your Land Cruiser still, you should be able to find a steering wheel from a later 40 series and install it on your steering shaft.
Making the horn and the turn signal canceling work properly will be separate issues that you will need to address.
There is not a ‘bolt on’ swap that will work other than another period correct OEM steering wheel, or, one of the after market steering wheel assemblies with the correct adapter(s).

ididit can make custom adapters for different splines. give them a call. sorry dont have their number.
