1HD-T Stalling after Starting on colder days!! HELP!!
Hey Gang,
Well my 80 series VX LTD is having a hard time starting...well not really starting, but staying running. After I start the old girl she runs rough for a few seconds then stalls out on me.... I try pulling and setting the idle be higher, but it still just stalls out after about 10 seconds..then I need to pull the idle control again a few times and it will start..after going through this process about 10 times the thing will finally stay running.....it's almost like I am starting a non-fuel injected vehicle!! any Ideas, please help. as you can probably gather I am not a mechanic by any means, so if you are telling me to try things please be descriptive...I appreciate the help .. thanks in advance!!
