Anybody had this problem? Condensation? Only happens when AC is on. Leaks cold water like the water that normally drips out from under the cruiser when AC is on.
thanks

I would check to make sure the hose that lets the water drain from your AC Evaporator is not clogged, disconnected, or exiting behind carpet. That is my guess. If you are running AC for any time at all and it is not puddling under vehicle then it is going somewhere...guessing it is in your floorboard.

This is a pretty common issue on the 100. It's the evaporator case thats leaking. It requires that you remove the evaporator cover behind the glove box. It would be the same as if you were going to remove the evaporator from the dash but the evap it self will stay installed. You'll notice that the water will drip from the very bottom of the cover. You'll need the remove that cover clean affected area at bottom of cover and apply (we use Toyota Black FIPG) to the lover cover seam the quickly reinstall cover.

I have the same thing, and have done the A/C Evaporator cleaner process. My drain is working fine, so suspect the housing is leaking as suggested above.

LexTech is the best.....I am sure he is right. We are lucky to have him down here...and as a club member.

LexTech.......I'm new to this. Can you tell me what a "100" is? I have an 01 LX470 and water drips out from under the glove box when the AC is on.

100 as in 100 series Land Cruiser/LX -- 1998 through 2007 in the US anyway.

Check the drain hose first to make sure it is not clogged. That's quickest and easiest, then decide if you need further action.
