my 2001 LX470 shuts off sometimes when I slow down and make a turn or pull into a parking spot. I also have issues sometimes when starting the vehicle. Most of the time it starts on the first try but other times it takes a few times for the engine to fully turnover. When it does not fully turnover the electrical works but the engine does not run. My check engine is on and I have code P0442. Can someone help diagnose this issue.

I also have had a water leak on the passenger side under the glove compartment
