Tire carrier in pretty good shape...
Originally white/beige -- rattle can Never-Rust Black a few months back.
Had it mounted to my rig before custom swing-out bumper was installed a few weeks ago.
The fabricator hacked up the latch plate to try to use on the project, but decided to use something else
Will either have to weld it to the carrier, or acquire another latch to bolt on.
