i have a 1970 cruiser (9mm brake lines) and im replacing the clutch master cylinder. As well as this, im upgrading the brakes to discs and hence 10mm fittings.

looking at the newer (75'-80') clutch masters, they also have a 3/4 bore like the 1970, so the only difference i can see is the 10mm fitting vs 9mm. Is this so? and can i use one of them instead of the original to eliminate another 9mm fitting? im replacing the line aswell so thats not a problem. i will be retaining the original slave cylinder and 3sp box

woops forgot about that banjo fitting (been a while since i've looked at the old cylinder!)

so theres no probs with using the later master with the older slave?
