Clutch slave soft line/ hard line interface (1 Viewer)

changing my MC slave and soft line. slave is in place but I cannot seem to get the flare nut on the end of the hard line to budge where it interfaces with the proximal end of the soft lineto budge. I have a number 10 flare nut wrench and have tried clamping vice grips over it to prevent stripping. Any tips?
