Clutch questions (1 Viewer)

I have been nursing the clutch in my 1968 FJ40 all winter and spring and it is finally time to replace it. I have been shopping around some. Are the clutches between the 3 sp/F engines and the 4 sp/2F engines interchangeable?

I would love to have the quality of a centerforce clutch, but only see them for the 4sp/2F listings and while I have read some posts that they might be interchangeable, but not anything that really says so.

they are different.
3spd uses a three finger design
4spd uses a diaphram
throwbearings are different as well.
