any one got a diagram of were the pressure release valve is for the hydrolics on a clutch model 1989 fj62 diesal im told if i release the pressure id get antoher 8 months wear from my clutch as i think its on its way out

Huh? Maybe its different than the 2F gasser version but I'd be surprized. With the 2F arrangement you adjust the pedal so it has some freeplay before the master cyl is pushed on. If you think your system is retaining pressure and want to vent it, there should be a bleeder valve on the slave cyl down near the bellhousing.

I don't know about pressure but HJ and FJ used same clutch system but BJ is different.
