clutch help!

Hey all,

I am doing a 3B/4 speed swap into my 45 series, and need clutch help. Who has a clutch kit for that setup, does anyone know? I got a clutch with the engine, and the engine was in a BJ60 with a 5 speed tranny. the clutch has been resurfaced and cleaned by a clutch shop. I have a clutch fork, but no throw out bearing and clutch master/slave cylinder with the set up, only my old master/slave from the 45... Any help appreciated...
