2f/4 speed, new full clutch kit, new slave cylinder

The clutch engages right at the very end of letting the pedal out... What the heck is causing this? I have the slave adjusted out, barely any freeplay on the foot pedal.

any ideas?

Bleed the fluid lines. I've found that this is usuallly caused by too much air in the system.

My $.02 - others may have a different take.

Have a friend look underneath your vehicle while you press the clutch pedal and see if the slave pushrod is actually moving far. That will show you if it is hydraulic or clutch issues. Just because a piece of hydraulic equipment is new, doesn't mean it is good. "clutches, we don't need no stinking clutches"
