Clock Problem

The clock in my BJ74 is always on. Even when the truck in turned off, Light is always there. Any ideas, Could it be an idicator for another problem.

Even when the radio is disconected the light is still on. Also the doom light will not go on when in the door postion. All fuse look OK. Wondering if it may be the factory fog light switch that may have been disconnected by the P.O.
