I'm selling my silver GX 470, it's in great condition interior is excellent, all services were just done recently. Lots of preventative maintenance done as well. Vehicle has lots of practical upgrades. Timing belt done at 130k. It has a 2inch bilstien lift with metaltec springs. Eezi awn roof rack and ladder. K02s with 60% tread. Full Set of Tire chains. Roof top tent ready.

A sale ad could look something like this:

FS:
1. Year, make, model, current mileage, price, location, contact info.
2. Clean cafax or any weird title issues/ any accidents/ non smoker owners.
3. Where serviced, list of services completed with dates/ mileage (having receipts helps).
4. Modifications listed with dates/ mileage (again receipts help).
5. Any issues or concerns (may help a potential buyer make a purchase decision without seeing the vehicle in person).
6. List why selling- may be not your choice.
7. Undercarriage pics- your other pics are good but its good to know the condition of the undercarriage/ condition of suspension.

Paint a picture for the potential buyer, unless you have a super unique vehicle for sale there are plenty of other vehicles available.
