I'm learning to weldered....already burned my arm, my knee and my eyes.

Obviously you were not wearing the appropriate foot wear (safety sandals) or you would have listed feet as well.

My toes are to damned long and ugly to be exposed to the light of day.

Upgraded my blast cabinet. New gloves, modified the glass bezel, new skat gun with carbide tip, installed 2 new lights, and built a junction box that controls the lights, and dust deputy that is installed with a 6 gallon vac to control dust.

Works beautifully.

Milwaukee makes some badass battery powered tools.

We use Milwaukee here at work all the time, they take abuse and keep on going.

We give away one of those cordless Milwaukee ratchets every year at the Razorback Ramble. I've been a firm believer in them for years. I rarely grab a regular ratchet anymore. Battery life is awesome, too.

I know @FJ60Cam posted up about this, but after we went down to get the cage and observing it, momma decided I needed one and so I got this for Father's day.

Its got a good 6"-8" on the old man. (Insert inappropriate comment here)

Anyway, we shall see how it does.

If anybody ever has any questions about welding or cutting equipment I happen to have some insider knowledge (work for a welding supply company). I would be glad to answer any questions if needed.
Favorite piece out right now is the Hypertherm 30 Air. It has a built in compressor. Works much better than the ones they had out 10 years ago. Also Miller is having a 7% Increase on July 2nd. Just a FYI if you’ve been on the fence.
