hey all,

i thought i would pass this rumor along..

according to one of the workers at the Texas DMV office,,, they will no longer allow "classic" plates after 9/1/2011.

only antique plates.


...and if you have old (vintage) plates that are registered as classic,,, you will be grandfathered,,, however, if the registration lapses, you will not be able to re-new.

Thats why I am getting mine now. But Turner plates wont return my emails. I don't know if they are on vacation or had a family emergency. It has been 2 weeks.
