Thanks. That was pretty much winging it from start to finish.Wow the finished product is nothing like I would have guessed looking at the first couple photos. Great fab work.
It's strange because I did this at work, which is not so busy with the Covid 19 fun, but I have to be here. I can't get enough hours for work at home! You should own a fabrication shop in addition to your powder coating shop...you know, because you have tons of free time!
The grey should work with the wheels and the grey part of the side stripes. I hope.Dang ! They look better than the OEM I think.![]()
I don't mind getting it dirty but I am dreading cleaning it back up! Ih8mud!
My 40 still has mud packed in it from last June at @Ocho77 's place.
That is such a crazy irony. My 80 is one of those trucks that looks sweet all cleaned and polished up and looks meh when it is dirty. I put all kinds of time in making it look good then don't want to take the dirt road back way to my house. Lame.Looks fantastic!
I hear you, mines not half as nice as yours and I feel the same way. We live 1.5miles down a dirt road and after the snow melted the other we got rain and mud. My wife said we are taking the cruiser I don't want to get the others dirty. At first I was like sweet, taking the cruiser, then I remember how I get mud EVERYWHERE! IH8MUD.
So using the works hot water pressure washer mulitple times a week.![]()
