After filling the washer fluid reservoir on my newly-acquired ’05 LC100, I tried washing the windshield and nothing happened. Then I noticed a puddle of fluid beneath the engine bay. Finally discovered that the tube which delivers the fluid has been (apparently) chewed through just close to the hood hinge.

Any advice on the best way to rejoin the (now 2 tubes)?

Spray your engine compartment and wheel wells down with a peppermint based spray, rodents love our LC's. Vehicle Rodent Repellent Peppermint Spray - 16 oz - https://www.pureoriginproducts.com/products/vehicle-rodent-repellent-spray

I use peppermint as well, however I get the 16oz uncut and then mix with water. Stuff works great at preventing wasps nest.

Here is another option, however I've never used this one.
