I bought a 6 lug Chevy Steelie rim and tire at the swap meet.
Center bore fit over the hub on the front ok.
The back spacing was so deep the tire hit the leaf spring in the rear.
You want to be about 3 1/2 inches from the edge of the rim to the face of the rim that touches the hub (front), or brake drum, (rear).
I read online that Nissan Rims would also fit, everyone talks about them hitting the leaf springs often. Do you think Nissan Frontier or Chevy rims would be better? I have found both.
The issue is backspacing, I believe most Nissans and Chevys are 5.5"s
You need a max of 3.5", so you're gonna need spacers if you choose most any OEM take-off.
So lets say chevy, Nissan, or some Toyota rims plus 2" spacers and Ill be good?
Do you know the size of the hub bores?
