Any decent A/C shop can create custom hoses for you as long as you have a manifold and at least some length of the hoses and fitting to connect to the manifold and your A/C system.
My '82 BJ60 A/C runs on an '88 or '89 Acura compressor manifold because A/C in a BJ is EXTREMELY rare making the manifold VERY hard to find. The Acura seemed to be the best one I could find that fit the compressor and exited the correct way.
