You sure that's a model year 2011 and not a 2010? It would be interesting to know what (if anything) they've changed for model year 2011.

This one is the New Model 2011 that is already here in Venezuela, Land of any desirable land cruiser in the world. Price, emissions, safety rules, and gas prices ?? come on that is not an issue down here....dont worrie be happy...
Any desirable cruiser in the world?

How about a new 71 series with the 1VD-FTE turbo diesel V8?

That would get me excited!

I drive the same Car in Dubai. Mine is a 2010 with a V6 4.0L engine.

Yes factory lockers in the front.. as you see in the pictures, the only thing missing for be a super cruiser, are the E-lockers in the diferential, and transfer case... but the rest is a sweet ride....

Where is this lc manufactured and what is the cost?

How I wish this was sold in malaysia, even with a smaller engine. Now we are reduced to what are termed handbags....4 door pick up cabs.

When talking about 'factory lockers', that means diff locks or what you call 'E-lockers in the diferential'.

What you can see in the pictures are hub locks, not what most people refer to as lockers.

There's no indiction on the dash piccies for the E-lockers. Perhaps only available as optional extra's. Above the cup holder are a few empty slots.

Take the carpets out and replace with rubber and we have a truck, some holes in the floor boards and water drains out nicely...best part is you can wash out sand, gravel, mud and rocks with a hose.

will nice if the carpet have to be out out, run some 35 tires with the proper suspension set up, INTI RACK, MTM bumpers, BT auxiliary gas tank, and be ready to cross rivers, get dirt in mud , and why not an expedition across the amazonas....

Here is the original link of the images and the article (sorry only on spanish).

Those are the new vehicles for CADAFE, a Electrical company of Venezuela, that model is not offered to the general public, in fact actually there are NO Land Cruisers being sold in Venezuela right now, for some import restriction of engines greater than 3.0L.

26 years and the same body style ...
when you have something that works, why change it.

still can not get into the new front clip, looks like the bastard child of a 60 and a 70 mating gone horribly wrong.

This was just posted on the 4WDAction forums, looks alright...

My Dads 79 series, 5spd, 4.5L turbo v8. Getting a free flowing exhaust tomorrow to unleash the RUMBLE!!

Its setup for touring, recently did a 15,000km trip around Australia towing their fan. Did it easy except for a broken windscreen and ARB having to add more leaves to the rear due to sagging in Broome.
