Anyone know what this code means?

Thanks

Per the FSM

System too rich (Fuel trim)

Trouble areas:
Fuel line pressure
Injector blockage, leak
Heated O2 sensor malfunction
MAF meter
Engine coolant temp sensor

I have an FSM and it does not make complete sense, but I can tell you that when my ECU threw the code 172, it was the air intake hose cracked. Let us know what you find. :meh:

I suspect my MAF sensor. I got a new housing from Landtank but a used sensor from ebay. The housing is very nice but I may have to buy a new sensor.
It seems to be rough idle so I will put the old one back in until I can get a new sensor.

Thanks:beer:

You might have cracked the plastic air tube as well. They tend to get pretty brittle after 12 years under the hood. Might as well check it out when/if you swap sensors.

Which air tube is that?

Thanks

The big black one which goes from your MAF to the throttle body. The main problem is that it sits right over the exhaust manifold and takes all that heat. Mine cracked inbetween the ribs.
