I've got a pair in MS. They're black and in good shape. You didn't mention a price, but I'll sell them for $160 (shipped to Chattanooga). They came off of a '99, so you'd need to make sure something wasn't changed between the "1st gen" and "2nd gen" 100. I can't remember if an '03 up had lights or not, but these do not have lights.
