Changing a vacuum line under the upper intake

I’m thinking about replacing a vacuum line under my upper intake. It’s the thicker line that runs out of the front of the blue VSV and does a quick 90 degree before it goes into the throttle body. I don’t want to remove upper intake. It looks like I can remove the black steel bracket that runs from the upper intake down to the block and I might be able to get in there.
Anybody on this forum that has replaced this hose successfully without removing upper intake? See pic of the area / hose. Any tips / advice appreciated!

It can be done. A flexible hose clamp removal tool and some long-reach hose pliers will help. Some lube on your hose will make it easier.:p

The long handled needle nose are worth every penny. I got mine at harbor freight but these work too.
