So, in lieu of all the political, moral and religious discourse that goes on in MUD, I was wondering if anyones opinions or views on whatever have been affected by what they have read, or gotten involved with on MUD?

Personally, I have some pretty pig headed, down right stubborn view points on certain things, but I do think "Mudcourse" has really helped me to see the other side of certain issues, and has in a way tempered my opinions (yes really).

Just curious if others felt the same way?

Before I came to Mud I thought lifting an Eighty was retarded. Now I see the error of my ways.

I have to admit that you've made me think of things from another viewpoint on several occasions. Hopefully, I've been able to do the same for you once or twice. Cheers:beer:

Yup. I used to hate all southern hillbilly rednecks indiscriminantly.

    now...

wait. I have to change my answer.

    j/k:flipoff2: I'm no longer indiscriminate.

I'm suprised at the poll results. There are a surprising number of people who honestly say don't take in new information and think about it, then modify or change their position? If I was like that, I certainly would tell anybody about it.

I will say this.....I actually do....TO A DEGREE.....find some of the political etc posts informational. Like everything else you just have to take them all with a grain of salt. No-one in my opinion is 100% correct but many have great points.

I've gotten to know my moral center so that I might be better able to disregard it.

But I still think that nut shaving is kinda ghey.
