I followed the post by jp213a. I've just about finished, and I have 1 bolt left. It's the same as the 2 long 12 mm bolts holding the small timing belt cover.

The small cover has its two bolts in it already. The tensioner assembly has it's one long bolt in it already, in addition to the alternator nut and two other nuts holding it in. The alternator is already back on with it's one long bolt, and the nut holding the tensioner. PS pump pulley went back on fine.

Any ideas where I screwed up?

Are there not three timing cover bolts?

There's the big cover, which has 3 bolts and an acorn nut. Then there's a small cover under the t-stat housing that has 2 bolts.
