Your Club is one of the clubs that has not been participating on the monthly calls, AND does not have a CGS form submitted. We at TLCA WANT YOU BACK! Please help us by

#1 - Having your chapter delegate call into the meeting

#2 - Submit your CGS form NOW!

We need your input. We want your participation. Help us out!

Dear Woody,
I would love to be able to submitt a CGS, but the reality is that according to the bylaws we can barley get the minimum four TLCA members to submit a CGS. With that said I hope that you do not kick us off your server. Cause eventhough the primary club is all but disbanded, (it happens) the Pensacola group of Toyota lovers has come on strong here in the last couple years.
I know that this year is a wash for CGS, but maybe next year we can get a soild base of TLCA members. Or Maybe see if the Penscola group would llike to have there own chapter. Thanks for all that you do.

You would never be kicked off of the server. The issue has been that because the club is listed as a chapter, they count towards making quorum (or not) at the meetings. If the club is dark right now, we can easily add you back in at a later date.

We wouldn't ban you, we just need to know intentions. If your club can'[t submit a CGS now, but could in 2010 (or a Penscola club), let's do that.
