Intermittent wiper feature on my 2015 LX 570 quit working took it into the dealer I’m still covered under my certified preowned warranty. They claim the repair on this isn’t covered. Input? how about a phone number I can call at Lexus regarding the certified preowned Warranty to discuss this issue? Thanks

First year of ownership CPO is bumper to bumper. After that it’s drivetrain so I doubt wipers are included.
If your LX is still under the Lexus CPO coverage, the wiper controls are covered. The blades are not, so your dealer may be confused. Phone number is on the main web site.
As I read it, the Lexus CPO is different than the Toyota CPO. Bumper to bumper for 2 years under Lexus (I think).

Thanks looked up the parts that were covered on the Lexus certified preowned extended warranty nothing on there about the wiper blade system or the intermittent system so it should be covered since it’s not listed called Lexus certified preowned warranty people got a representative he looked me up real quick and came back said it’s not covered I said where is it listed he’s the one that sent me to the site but I noted that it should be included so I sent the information from the site To the service manager guess I’ll see What he says before I go to the GM. The service writer call me but normally this is an a problem unless the windshield had been replaced because it’s the gel pack that’s the problem and asked me if my windshield has been replaced, it hasn’t been replaced, it’s the original Lexus windshield so my guess is they are really trying to get out of it because they think I’m lying about A nonexistent windshield replacement that they can’t prove.

Talked with the service manager he said he would take care of it.
