Anyone know a good guide to open up the center console for 2016+ LC

What are you trying to get at? The switch area mostly just pulls out.

Cool. This is what I was looking for. Didn’t wanna pry if there were screws. Just wanted to know the sequence and know there is no screws. Thanks.
Yeah wanted to examine the button assay with all the crawl control stuff.
Been some speculation about ability to use the blank buttons or not.
there is a ME and Russia console that uses all the buttons so could macgyver some sort of way to utilize all the buttons. Or I was gonna maybe drill one of those out to install a redarc trailer brake control.

Take off the panels on the side of the console stack (they pop off), remove one screw and one push pin fastener each, pull them rearward to remove, pull the lower section (door) rearward (also just plastic clips), remove the shift knob, unzip the ebrake boot, use the emergency release to move the shift lever back, pop the center console up as one piece (only plastic clips), unplug all of the electrical connectors, detach the wire organizers, remove the center console.
