Does anyone know how to removal the square cup holder on the center console? I removed the one screw I could find. What is the trick here?

That came out wrong.
You have to remove the entire center console section between the seats.
Pull out your FSM and track where all the screws are located. There are some in the bottom of the armrest area as well. Then lift up the whole plastic housing, then remove the screws from the inside.
