I am just overthinking this but thought I would get a few opinions:

Doing final touches on my 40th restoration and am lucky to still have the original center caps.

I have repainted them but can't decide on the final detail

1.) Paint logo the original gold (not my photo)
2.) Keep the knock offs that look and fit great (my current truck)
3.) Paint logo OEM bumper color (dark cool gray)
4.) Buy my favorite 93 black style new OEM (not my [photo)

My nearly completed current truck with knockoff center caps.

IMHO; no gold, color match-ish the body color like the photochop. :)

Yea, I am kind of thinking the same. Anything executed correctly will look nice.

Option number 4. You can also get knockoffs of them, cheap, fits and looks great!

First, it's your truck, do what you like. But... You set me up to be pedantic about the semantics..

If you are doing a RESTORATION and still have the original center caps that can be made the original color, there is only one answer here.

Ignoring originality and all that, I like pics 1 and 4.

And the 80 looks great BTW !
