My high center brake light is not working. I ee in the FSM that it uses the same fuse as the other two brake lights which are working. So can the center light burn out and need replacing or is it more likely a short in the wire?

They are LEDs, if all of them are out not just a few then it is more likely a wiring problem or a problem in the fixture not the LEDs themselves,
Pull the cover and check to see if it is getting voltage, be careful with it as IIRC it is quite expensive.

That's that I suspected but wasn't sure. I start testing the wiring and see what I find.
